Philippines Arena Access Road
The (Philippine Arena Access Road) was constructed to decongest the Gov. Forunato F. Halili Avenue which is already in its design limit and to provide an alternative route going to McArthur Highway and other inner barangays of Santa Maria and Bocaue. The (Philippine Arena Access Road) paved the way for the booming food industries to flourish in the area as it became a famous night hang-out for younger people or a dinner/meryenda spot for the families to enjoy. The (Philippine Arena Access Road) also became a famous exercise and bicycle spot for fitness buffs from different parts of the country. The combination of fresh air and wide open spaces are encouraging for a better health. Overall, the (Philippine Arena Access Road) boosted the economic and human activities for the Municipalities of Santa Maria, Bocaue and even Marilao for faster movement of freight, commerce and people.

Ciudad de Victoria Interchange Overpass Bridge
The Ciudad de Victoria Interchange Overpass Bridge is a vital link between the Municipalities of Santa Maria and Bocaue that is separated by the North Luzon Expressway. The Ciudad de Victoria Interchange Overpass Bridge, just like the (Philippine Arena Access Road), provides an alternative entry and exit to the already capacity-limited Bocaue (Turo) Interchange. Ciudad de Victoria Interchange Overpass Bridge also gave an easy access to the world-famous Philippine Arena which is the biggest indoor arena in the world which hosts the biggest concerts and sports related activities in the country. The Ciudad de Victoria Interchange Overpass Bridge eases the traffic situation in the Governor Fortunato Halili Avenue. The bridge was constructed just in time for the 30th SEA Games last November 30 to December 11, 2019 providing ease of access to the delegates of the said sporting event. It is one of the world class construction feats of the company.

Bonga Menor Flyover Bridge
The Bonga Menor Flyover Bridge is situated in Barangay Bonga Menor in the quiet town of Bustos,Bulacan. The bridge was constructed to decongest the very narrow portion of General Alejo Santos Highway and the Plaridel Bypass Road. Previously, when the Flyover bridge was not there yet, accidents are plentiful and is a very high traffic area as it serves as a link to Angat, Bulacan and Bustos, Bulacan. With the completion of the said flyover bridge, traffic are now seamless on both sides, Motorists heading North and South can conveniently pass without the hassle of stopping at the intersection. Motorists entering and exiting the General Alejo Santos Highway can also pass through with no problem at all.

Construction of Pulilan-Baliuag By-Pass Road, Province of Bulacan
The construction of Pulilan-Baliuag Bypass Road makes travel to the North much easier as the project intends to decongest the already capacity-limited Daang Maharlika or otherwise called Asian Highway 26. The road also gives access to the North Luzon Expressway via the Pulilan Interchange which makes travel a lot faster. Goods from the North and vice versa passes to the said project, thus strengthening the commerce and prosperity of the area.
Beyond the immediate benefits to commercial logistics and commuter traffic, the Pulilan-Baliuag Bypass Road is also expected to significantly impact local tourism and real estate values. The improved accessibility and reduced travel time make the municipalities of Pulilan and Baliuag more attractive destinations for visitors, potentially boosting patronage for local businesses, historical sites, and emerging leisure facilities. Furthermore, the enhanced connectivity tends to drive up the value of land and properties along the road’s corridor and surrounding areas, spurring residential and commercial development as the region becomes a more desirable and strategic location for investment.

Construction of Underpass along MSR Diversion Road, Lucena City
Completed in 2019, the project eases the traffic on the Daang Maharlika area going to Bicol Region and to Manila without passing through the Diversion Road Intersection, thus lessening the travel time.
